The Program Coordinator, Reporting & Evaluation, supports the Assistant Director and Grants Office project teams with project reporting, evaluation, and data requests. This position is responsible for coordinating the development of grant reports. The Program Coordinator partners with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness to support grant data collection & analysis and acts as a point of contact for third-party evaluators.

Job Summary
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Program Coordination
- Coordinates reporting activities with designated grant project teams, including developing clear, understandable reports, reviews, submissions, and archiving.
- Ensures internal and external project reports demonstrate progress on deliverables, best practices learned, and broader impacts for the college and discipline.
- Works in partnership with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness to support the analysis of critical data points and ensure alignment associated with project outcomes, including ensuring that performance metrics align with established institutional and project data dictionaries.
Data Analysis
- Handles project data requests, including having a clear understanding of any custom analysis requests to communicate with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, and providing timely service in response to requests.
- Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of the data systems used by the College, the nuances of how the data elements are captured and stored, and how to best interpret the data.
Relationship Management
- Coordinates relationships with third-party evaluators to ensure studies are
implemented with high quality, data needs are met, and timelines are adhered to. - Oversees the day-to-day operations of project evaluations. Reviews and refines program evaluation plans in support of project goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process with the ability to assist project teams. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison to external project evaluators, IRB, and institutional effectiveness for Advancement Division projects.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with an analytical focus, such as social sciences, statistics, business, marketing, computer science, or research.
- Two (2) years of experience with databases, reporting, and a fundamental understanding of formative and summative analysis
Additional Information
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
- An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal office working conditions. Regular exposure to moderate noise is typical in business offices.
